About Annette Deru

She is a nine-year Lake Havasu resident and mother of a blended family of eight children. She loves meeting new people and sharing with them the beauty of Lake Havasu and the amazing home it has become for her family. Her family has owned a local business in Lake Havasu since 1989 and continues to witness and contribute to the city's growth. She worked as a school counselor in Lake Havasu schools for four years and she found her new calling in real estate. She is eager to help people achieve their dreams of homeowners and establishing their future goals in the heart of Havasu.
