About Dan Coonis

A native of Southern California, working over 30 years in real estate as an Appraiser in the Huntington Beach area, he specialized in residential properties both in Orange County and Los Angeles County. During that time, he also spent several years as a Professional Saltwater Fisherman, Charter Boat Owner, and Boat Captain. Spending most of his time off the coast of Southern California and Mexico, he became known to many as "Captain Dan."

He spent many years vacationing and spending his leisure time in Lake Havasu City, loving the community and resort-style living. He now resides in Lake Havasu City full-time. He has continued his work in the real estate field, now as a full-time real estate agent, where his experience and knowledge of appraisals have proved valuable.

He has spent over 9 years as a Lake Havasu Real Estate Agent, specializing in helping his clients find their vacation homes, primary residences, investment properties, or the homes they plan to retire in. His focus is to help all his clients find exactly what they are looking for and satisfy all their real estate needs.

He has a vast knowledge of the local real estate market and has worked with everyone from first-time home buyers, and investors, to multi-million dollar luxury buyers and sellers.
